What is included in the Intake Questionnaire, and why is it required?

The Intake Questionnaire collects background information to guide document writing and coaching strategies. All potential clients complete it before committing to an agreement.

What is a pre-proposal, and how is it different from a formal proposal?

A pre-proposal outlines discussed objectives and pricing. If agreeable, a formal proposal is then submitted for acceptance and payment.

How can I pay for services?

You can pay online using any debit or credit card.

What happens after we agree to work together?

We create a strategy for achieving your desired outcomes, with a coaching timeline, schedule, and deliverables.

What is included in the coaching framework?

It includes project objectives, milestones, identified resources, and ongoing feedback opportunities.

How are career documents created?

They are developed through industry research, client interviews, and existing information, and may be enhanced using AI tools. Client personally identifiable information (PII) is not included when using AI tools.

Do you work with clients outside your local area?

Yes. I work with clients nationwide, so distance is not a factor.

What methods are used to communicate during the process?

We use video conferencing (such as Zoom), phone calls, electronic document exchange, and email.
