Assisting a client with resume and career services is a rather personal service that requires a mutual commitment to a successful relationship. It is important that each of us feels comfortable and trusting of one another. Sometimes the "fit" or rapport is missing through no fault of either party, and both must move on. My approach to career services is to assist you with wraparound resources to ensure that you are well prepared to pursue your career or lifestyle goals confidently.

Typical Work Progression

The first step is to get clarity on the appropriate target, which often requires industry research on my part—resume development can be complex.

Initially, we have a short no-obligation exploratory conversation to confirm your career destination and determine if I can help you on your journey. You can book your no-fee, 15-minute career Q&A chat here.

An exploratory assessment takes approximately 30-45 minutes and incurs a $65 charge. You may book and pay for your appointment here. If we enter into an agreement, the $65 is subtracted from the total fee.

All information is kept confidential whether you become our client or not. Work will not commence on your project until we sign a letter of agreement, receipt of payment in full, and we hold an in-depth client interview. This is the general progression of our delivery of services.

All clients complete my Intake Questionnaire before committing to an agreement.

Distance is not a factor. I have clients nationwide, and we use video conferencing technology to facilitate our communications.

Most services for a typical engagement take about 7-15 business days and include a selection of any of the following elements:

    • Write your resume in formats for humans and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Career Documents

    • Refine or write your LinkedIn profile summary statement or cover letter/e-note documents

  • Interview Preparation

    • Provide interview tips, mock interviews, or video interview preparation

Pricing

Every client arrives with unique career objectives; therefore, you receive a customized agreement, suited to your circumstance and the complexity of the project.

If you are a manager or professional, resumes start at $475.00. Resumes for executives and C-level positions start at $850.00. Please contact me to request an estimate for a proposal.

Custom packages for multiple services are offered at a reduced investment. Other offerings can be a la carte. You are under no obligation to select all the services. Decide what you need for your objectives.

Payment is made in advance of any initiated work, which is standard in this industry.
